Coaching Program

Health Coaching is

 ...a partnership that empowers you to make sustainable lifestyle changes.  Health coaching addresses the whole person—not just physical fitness, but also nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, emotional resilience, relationships, and life purpose. By examining how these elements interconnect, we create meaningful change that extends beyond the gym or kitchen. The result is a more vibrant, energized, and balanced life that evolves with you through every season. 

What does a coaching program look like?

How you want to work is up to you.  Let's start with a conversation about your interests and goals. Typically coaching programs span 3 to 6 months. 


  • Free consultation 15 mins   
  • Initial evaluation 45 mins
  • Ongoing weekly coaching sessions 30 mins
  • Text and email communication in-between sessions

How it works:

To begin you'll complete an assessment.  As we get to know one another in your initial session we'll  discuss the big picture of total health and well-being and from there determine manageable goals. With your goals clarified, we'll work together to create your program. With weekly check-ins we will evaluate your activities and make adjustments as needed.  Throughout the program you'll have all the support you need to stay on track, culminating with a maintenance plan to stay on track. 

People who partner with a health coach to change their health behaviors have a higher success rate at achieving and sustaining their goals.
